Pastors Josh and Conswella Vanhook

Josh and Conswella live in Logan, West Virginia where they have been the pastors at Word of Life Church since 2010.  They are originally from south-central Kentucky where both of them grew up on family farms near Stanford. They were married shortly after high school and have now been happily married for 22 years.

Their passion in ministry is to see the church rise up and take its place in Christ Jesus so that the world might be reached with the gospel.  This occurs as each believer lives a life influenced by the Holy Spirit and a maintained sensitivity to God’s indwelling presence. They encourage believers to act boldly in response to the Word of God. Each believes strongly in the church’s role to be witnesses in this generation by allowing the Holy Spirit to demonstrate and confirm the Word of God with signs following. Pastors Josh and Conswella preach a bold message of faith and love to see lives changed through the impartation of the Holy Spirit.
