What We Believe
Word of Life Church holds fast to several core beliefs. Our goal as a church is to prepare disciples for the harvest. The core beliefs we abide by allow us to remain focused on our goal of spreading the gospel throughout the world.
Christ-Centered
We are a church that is focused on Jesus Christ, the source of all life. We believe that salvation is found only through faith in the power of His death, burial, and resurrection.
Bible Based
We believe that the teachings found within the Bible are foundational to what we do and teach. At Word of Life Church, God’s Word is our firm foundation and the source of our faith.
Full Gospel
We emphasize the power of a Spirit-filled life and the many benefits that accompany it. All of the gifts of the Holy Spirit are welcomed at Word of Life Church, just as they were in the early church as mentioned in the book of Acts.

We believe that our role as a church is to help you and your family realize your full potential in Christ. Our church services and the various ministries we provide are designed to strengthen and encourage you as you follow God’s plan for your life.

We believe that God has designed every believer for connection. By connecting with a local church, a corporate vision encourages each individual to rise to their potential in Christ. The calling of each believer is vital to the advancement of the Kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 12:18 (NKJV) says, “…now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.”
We believe that the church will function most efficiently when members are working in unity, each serving their unique purpose.
Family Environment
We believe that the church is the family of God. When the family is assembled in a corporate atmosphere of worship, amazing things will happen. However, the church is much more than a building or location. Each individual who has been impacted by the power of God carries that power into their homes and communities.
